I woke up this morning without a headache and feeling much better. Andreas, Angela and I are off to San Josiseto in a couple hours (2 hour drive) and in the morning we will hike the 2 hrs to Las Abras. We are going to do crafts with the kids and train some of the youth to teach Sunday school. We will be there till Thursday. Sorry so short, I can´t wait to update you in more detail. We are so busy! Thanks for your prayers :)

Hi sweetie! Glad to hear you're feeling better! We'll pray for your trip! Remember, drink a lot of (hopefully clean water) and make sure to eat enough!
